Second Annual BIDS “Procrastinators CLE”: How Three Busy Public Defenders Stay Organized (1 Hour Ethics CLE Credit)

Join us as we end the CLE reporting year with our traditional “procrastinators” CLE. Meryl Carver-Allmond, BIDS Training Director, will begin with a short segment on our ethical obligations to be diligent and competent in staying on top of our caseloads. Then we’ll open it up to Pamela Sullivan, Salina Regional Deputy Public Defender, Matt Cohen, Third Judicial District Lead Assistant Public Defender, and Breanna George, Sedgwick County Conflicts Assistant Public Defender — three on-the-ball public defenders at different stages in their career — to walk us through their workflow and how they stay organized as they represent their clients.

This CLE is approved for 1 hour of ethics CLE credit. It is free for assigned counsel and state-employed public defenders, and not open to prosecutors. Register here.
